Amor Sains offers worldwide shipping and same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 5 PM CET on business days.

We ship with DPD for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, and with DHL Express for all other destinations to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

DPD (1–3 business days): €6.99
Free shipping for orders over €80 (DPD, 1–3 business days)

Belgium and Germany
DPD (1–3 business days): €8.99

European Union
DHL Express (1–3 business days): €16.99

United Kingdom
DHL Express (1–3 business days): €19.99

Rest of the World
DHL Express (2–4 business days): €29.95

Note: Customs duties and import taxes for non-EU countries are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Do not return items without first submitting a return request. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Items purchased with a discount (sale or discount code) will be refunded as store credit.
  • We do not refund original or return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • International returns due to refusal or failure to pay customs duties/taxes will incur a €25 restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Return Instructions

EU Customers

  1. Submit a return request via our Returns Center.
  2. If possible, pack the items in the original box and packaging.
  3. Include the return form with barcodes inside the package for faster processing.
  4. Attach the Return Parcel Form/Label to the outside of the package.
  5. Ship your parcel with the courier of your choice.
    Return labels are not complimentary — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-EU Customers

  1. Submit a return request via our Returns Center.
  2. Pack items in original packaging if possible.
  3. Include the return form with barcodes inside the package.
  4. Attach the Return Parcel Form/Label to the outside.
  5. Ship with a trackable courier of your choice.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
