Article 1: Applicability
These are the General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of Amor Sains. These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Amor Sains website. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these Terms and declare that you are aware of their content.

Article 3: Agreement, Price & Payment
The agreement is concluded when you place an order through the website and Amor Sains sends you an order confirmation by email.
Amor Sains reserves the right not to accept your order if:
- The information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- You have failed to meet an earlier payment obligation.
- You have refused delivery or failed to collect a previous order.
- The delivery address is in a country where Amor Sains does not deliver.
Prices listed at checkout include all applicable EU taxes and shipping costs. Orders outside the EU may be subject to additional duties or taxes, which are not included in the total price and are your responsibility.
Amor Sains cannot be held to an offer containing obvious errors, such as unusually low prices. Please contact us if you have doubts about any offer.
Article 4: Sale
Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be refunded. Vouchers are not valid during sale periods. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale events.
Article 5: Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 30 days of purchase. Delivery times stated are estimates and may vary due to payment method, shipping choice, or stock availability.
You are responsible for ensuring successful delivery, including providing correct address details. Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of payment. If items arrive incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Article 6: Faithful Reproduction & Lifetime
We strive to reproduce product images as accurately as possible. If you believe your product does not match its online description, you may exercise your right of withdrawal.
Product lifetime depends on the material and usage. Please follow care and washing instructions to ensure quality and durability.
Article 7: Colors
We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on your device display.
Article 8: Cooling-off Period & Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of goods by notifying us and returning the items. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving your return, excluding original and return shipping costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized goods.

Article 12: Applicable Law & Competent Court
These Terms and all agreements with Amor Sains are governed by Dutch law. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not settled amicably.

Amor Sains may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website. Please review the latest version before placing an order.
Article 14: Disclaimers
This site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Amor Sains is not liable for damages resulting from use of this site. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
Article 15: Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified, this site and its contents are displayed solely to promote Amor Sains products. This agreement is governed by Dutch law, and disputes will be resolved exclusively by Dutch courts.
